All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of personal-care and hair growth products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchase once the order has been placed.

Exchanges Only

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging.

  • The product must remain unopened and unused unless the damage occurred during shipping.

Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Email us within 48 hours at info@thescalpboss.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

    • Photos of the shipping box/packaging

Our team will review your request and process an exchange if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Orders reported after the 48-hour window

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Scalp Boss is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if this occurs.
